We want you to love your garden setup; if you are not completely satisfied with your Cedar Planters purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Planter

  Safely disassemble the planter and place all cedar panels, hardware, and liners back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
